After nose surgery...

It's after nose surgery.. What should I do to remove the sebum?~ It's been over 2 weeks~..the blood inside hasn't come off yet and it hurts a little~.;.and..the front is still the same as it is spread out~..but the sebum is there. I feel like I'm going crazy because of this~ I tried pulling it out with a pair of tongs, but that's the limit... I can only pull out a few pieces... well... the dead skin cells are peeling off like scales... What should I do...?... Oh, and ~ . Because it’s on the plump side..? But if you lose weight, does your nose look sharper? I haven't gotten much slimmer right now, but I'm curious if I'll look slimmer if I lose weight~...Please leave a comment~
