I had a nose job once before because I had a low nose tip and a severe nose shape,
but at the time I was ignorant about plastic surgery and what if it fails? Because of that fear, I couldn't properly express my opinion in the style I wanted, and doing it naturally as recommended by the hospital at the time became a factor in the failure of my first nose surgery... haha.
You can see it, but even though I had a nose surgery, people around me asked me if it was true that I had a nose surgery, and it looked so natural. Just hearing those words made me more and more stressed, and I like to dress flashy in my clothes and make-up, so I was always dissatisfied with my low nose
even after the surgery. And as time went by, the tip of my nose started to feel a bit saggy. Haha, just me. I took pictures at different times to see if I could feel it, but it felt like the tip of my nose was getting lower little by little, so I decided to have a second surgery.
This time, I went to a place that performed the surgery in a flashy and sophisticated way, just as I had hoped. I thought they would give it to me, but since it was a reoperation, I didn't just go to one or two places and it was done, but I went to many places and it took quite a while to even choose the hospital where I would have the surgery. (Actually, I was more sensitive because it was a reoperation myself... All of you who read this post. I 'm saying this because I want you to make a careful decision. I wonder what it would have been like during my first training... I still have regrets haha)
When I heard about revision rhinoplasty at the Louvre, I heard various methods from the director focusing on improving sagging nose tip and fancy design, and after thinking about the material, I decided to do it myself. I got this because it was made of material taken from the body and the support was strong so it would prevent the tip of my nose from sagging.
To be honest, out of all the hospitals I've been to, this was the most thorough consultation and the biggest factor in my decision was that they clearly told me what style I would have after the revision surgery! Director, CT data? They took pictures and checked the front and sides of my nose and carefully designed the design. If it was a consultation that said, "If you go somewhere, you can just do it this way," this was a consultation and even checked to see if my nose would feel the way I wanted after the reoperation. If it's too much, it's too much. He told me honestly about the parts where he thought there would be no change, and
what I felt after reoperation was two things: 1. There was less swelling and faster recovery than the first surgery, and 2. I was very satisfied with the nose tip because it was raised.
To be honest, I had to wear a mask for a whole month because of the swelling during the first surgery. This time, I took off the splint, so I guess it’s okay..? It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, so I didn't intentionally cover it up. In fact, since the swelling was small, I went for a walk diligently, hoping it would settle down as soon as possible.
Now, people around me are telling me that my fancy nose definitely suits me~ ^^.. Part of me also wonders what it would have been like if I had been like this since the first surgery. It was disappointing, but even now, I feel fortunate that I had surgery for a nose that I am quite satisfied with. Since the bridge of my nose and the tip of my nose are taller, I no longer have to wear shading, which was a must in the past, and I just walk around with my face raw. Since my facial features have become clearer, I don't have to wear shading makeup.
It got quite long as I wrote it, but when choosing a hospital for first surgery as well as reoperation, be sure to check whether the design you are pursuing matches with that hospital. Otherwise, there will be disagreements when deciding on the design.. Maybe the nose surgery will not work out as I hoped. ! I wrote this review in the hopes that at least one person won't make the same mistake I did haha.
