I would like to tell you about my nose, which has a very long history.
I had a relatively pretty nose, but
one day I wanted to reduce the philtrum and have a thicker upper lip, so I had the philtrum reduced.
Of course, there are good hospitals and good clinics, but
for me, the results were not very good and
I had a scar. Contrary to the saying that there would be no deformation of the nostrils,
the scars were severe and the lower skin of the nostrils was pulled,
causing the nostrils to turn over like old people's noses,
and as a result, the skin on the chin disappeared and
I realized that the nostrils were too high
. It got lower and
the whole thing collapsed and I felt like Voldemort,
so I quickly went to the hospital and
got it patched up with relatively simple threads and filler, but I was still dissatisfied, so
I looked into nose surgery.
There are side effects no matter what you do, so
be careful before surgery
unless it is a very necessary surgery
. Other hospitals said it was possible with ear cartilage, but
at Hwi, it would have been possible with cartilage from the nose without anything, but
the thread inside also needs to be scraped out, and in order to build a reliable support,
you must use autologous ribs. I was worried about
having surgery because they said I should use it
, but what can I do? I want my pretty nose back...
I decided to have the surgery and went in for the surgery.
I had autologous nose tip surgery performed
under sedation anesthesia twice and local anesthesia.
To be exact, I had filler and nose tip surgery. The thread was scraped off, the cartilage at the tip of the nose
was relocated, the nasal septum was compacted and placed 2mm between the eyebrows,
the beak was fixed, and an autologous rib
was placed on the side of the nasal septum like a septal support.
Unlike the usual septum supports, Hwi
has a method that supports the original shape of the nose.
And the result was that I cried quite a lot for 4 months.
Suddenly, about 2 or 3 months ago, my nose started to swell like it was turning upside down.
That's normal for a lot of swelling, and
I had to have a second surgery to scrape out the thread, and
the swelling got several times worse.
But now that I'm at 10 gal,
I see that the tip of my nose looks very natural, so I think I should have raised it a little higher. I'm in the middle of a
surgery , so please know that the swelling is really~~~~~~~~~~~~ and it's going to last for a long time..Everyone haha. This is my
first time seeing Sam. If I have surgery, I just want to go back to my old nose without overdoing it. It would be great if people knew I had it because it didn't show any signs of surgery. So, did you get the surgery?
The teacher got a result that was exactly what I wanted, and in
conclusion, I am very satisfied with the nose being higher and prettier than my old nose.
