I had ear cartilage removed in 2019 for a bridge + nose tip implant,
but
strangely enough, it was too high and the tip of the nose fell a lot
and the shape was strange, so after much deliberation, I had to re-operate. ㅜ
Thinking that the 3rd re-operation was truly the last,
I searched everywhere carefully and did my best. However,
they said that the tip of the nose would fall off with the donor rib again... I decided to do it correctly, so I
decided on an autologous rib and focused on autologous rhinoplasty...
As the cost was also expensive, I decided on the place closest to the desired result and kept
the nose intact until the day the splint was removed. Did the reoperation go well?
I was worried, but
now in the 2nd week, I
am very satisfied with the desired results as the tip of my nose has been straightened and the bridge of my nose has become naturally taller thanks to lowering the height of the silicone.
After the revision rhinoplasty,
the surgeon who performed the surgery said that I had Madpore and silicone before and
was in a position where I didn't need them.
The autocostal cartilage area was painful until the 3rd day, but
now, in the 2nd week, the pain is gone.
I am satisfied with
the improvement in the tip of the nose
and the swelling has also improved. I hope it goes away quickly
