About 5 years ago, I first had surgery to improve my septum and double nose, but I was a bit disappointed with the way it looked these days, so I paid a lot of money and had ID re-surgery. I have a small nose, but my skin is thick, so it seems difficult to see dramatic results from nose surgery. I don't want to have a nose surgery again.
