I decided on rhinoplasty because I had a complex between a box nose and a large nose.
The surgeries I underwent included correction of the box nose, removal of the tip of the nose without implants, removal of the curved nose, and lowering of the columella.

It feels like a lot of the major swelling has gone away, but the minor swelling still remains. I keep feeling like my nose is getting smaller and smaller. I
am very satisfied with my puffy nose and big nose, which I was most stressed about, as the swelling has gone down and it has really gotten smaller.
I am satisfied with the height, and as the swelling goes down, the bridge of my nose feels thinner as well.
All my senses have returned, and the cartilage I put in my nose has settled in, becoming softer and softer, so it really just feels like my nose.
When I first received the consultation, I wanted to make it slightly higher than this, but the doctor said that my nostrils are small and if I go higher, the shape of my nostrils will be too straight, which will not be good for the aesthetics and will make it uncomfortable to breathe, so I decided to do as the doctor recommended, and now I am. I am very satisfied.
When I had a double nose correction, I wanted to reduce the bridge of my nose at the same time, but the doctor advised me not to do it because of my small nose holes. He also said that the double nose correction would be enough to make it smaller in harmony with my face. As a result of listening to what the doctor said, my nose is now as small as I wanted. I am satisfied.
It's not a very flashy or high nose shape, but it feels like it's naturally prettier than my own nose, so if I don't tell people, people around me won't know I have a nose, and they'll just say I've lost weight or my mood has changed somehow. I heard a lot of people say that I became prettier after the nose surgery. I originally had a bridge of the nose, and I wanted a natural change like my face in selfies with filters or photos after correction so that it wouldn't be noticeable, so I'm really satisfied. There is still a little scar on the columella that was opened, but I am taking care of it by applying scar ointment every morning and evening, so I can feel the color slowly getting lighter.
I expect that after about a year, it will fade to the point where it won't be noticeable unless you look closely.
The shape of the ears was well established without any deformation.
It still hurts a bit if I press too hard, but I think it's natural to feel pain since the cartilage that was still intact is removed. There is no inconvenience in daily life, it is just an inconvenience to the extent of not being able to wipe the moisture from your ears when washing your hair. It is a pain that you will not notice if you are not careful.
My goal was to look naturally pretty, so
I am currently very satisfied with the results of the surgery.
