Even though I've seen it show less plastic spots, I don't think I've ever seen a review that said it didn't show up at all.
They say it's usually easier to show when the before is small and the nose is low. Is it possible for a large, high curved nose to not be noticeable if one is not greedy from the beginning?
Or do you think that nose surgery is worth a hundred percent even if you are not greedy? I’m curious what the artists think!
