The nasal bone itself is very wide, so it's not that the nose is really low, but it looks low and very ugly... If
 you take a picture, it's a legend.
 It's not the bulbous nose that others say, but it honestly looks like there's a fist on the face.
 They say that the cartilage gets higher if you touch it frequently and consistently. But
 I have wide bones. Do I need to have an osteotomy for something like this?
I've never had plastic surgery before, but I'm just holding on because I don't want to have plastic surgery until I die, but
 every time I see my nose, my heart flutters.
 Even if only my nose becomes prettier, I really have no desire for anything else,
 but the nose is the most dangerous and revision surgery is almost a must, so I'm really worried.
