I wanted to see in detail how the double eyelid swelling went down and settled down, so
I put in several pictures. At first, my eyelashes kept piercing my pupil and hurting me, so I went to a plastic surgery consultation to get an entropion. After hearing the explanation of the surgical method, I found out that if I was going to have the surgery by cutting the muscle and flesh anyway, I would rather have double eyelid surgery. I wanted to get epicanthoplasty surgery haha... The director said that even if it wasn't entropion, double eyelid surgery could be enough to improve it, so I got it.
Surgery - Incision double eyelid & epicanthoplasty
Date - 12.18 (I had the surgery right before Christmas so I wouldn't be able to go out and play... Considering that) I got it haha..)
Recovery & Swelling - I'll explain this in detail.
Day 3 - I think the biggest swelling was at this time, and it wasn't even before the stitches were removed, and there was some redness, so I couldn't go out with this eye haha.. But I stayed home at all. It wasn't just that, I tried to get rid of the swelling by wearing a hat and taking a walk.
Day 7 - The day the stitches were removed. I met the director again and asked him if I was okay with the swelling and if it was in the right place. He told me that if the stitches were removed, the swelling would go down even more from then on. But it was really amazing that it settled in naturally.
It's been a month - Can you see that a lot of the swelling has gone down since it's been a month? Since the surgery was done through an incision, I was most worried about the speed of recovery, but my friends who saw me told me that I had done well and that the lines were clear and better than before, so I felt good.
Two months later - From this point on, I often checked how many lines were left when I closed my eyes, so of course I opened both eyes. I can't see it haha... I tend to ask a friend to look at it or take a picture, but it's amazing how it gets lighter as time goes by.
To be honest, I'm not a greedy person, and I'm still quite satisfied with the improvement in my eyes that used to poke at my eyelashes, but the director said to wait 6 months for any surgery. They said I have to watch it, so I plan to keep watching.
Oh, by the way, I received a refund for the actual cost of entropion! I'll write some more in case there are any questions you're curious about haha.
