Breast surgery is crazy... I put in a Motiva 320/340cc!

My life's long-cherished dream of escaping small breasts has finally come true...! I did it hahaha , I like big breasts, but I really hate visible breasts, so I put a lot of emphasis on the i-bone and UU shape!
