It's the 2nd week of Menex. Do you think it came naturally?

I had surgery with Mentor Extra at ㄴㅌ, and it's been 2 weeks. I put 330cc in with Moder High. I was told for the entire hour of consultation that it should be tailored to my body type, but it seemed to be just what I wanted, so I'm satisfied with the size!! It's the 2nd week and I'm still wearing a corrective bra ㅜ.. There's swelling and the skin hasn't gone away and it feels different when I touch it, so I'm not sure if it's natural or what, but if it's this much in the 2nd week, is it natural?? When I saw it, it wasn't even a month ago, but it looks pretty natural and in good shape... If you have a senior, please take a look.
