Chest review on nt

I put in Motiva 300/320 at NT and I still have a dull pain and it's uncomfortable to raise my arm, but I'm satisfied with the overall feeling and I thought about putting in something bigger because I was going for a natural look, but I didn't have any to begin with so I'm still grateful!
