 2. Use Google and Seongyesa to search for a combination of 00 plastic surgery/000 director + 00 surgery + black/reoperation/side effects!
 3. Refer to the plastic surgery blacklist! (I found this while Googling)

I think it would be a good idea to roughly use this method.
 
You can see the rulings related to medical lawsuits by searching for 'plastic surgery', 'nose surgery', 'plastic surgery clinic', etc. at the 'Korea Court Electronic Civil Service Center', but they are all anonymous anyway (Director A, Clinic B, etc.) ) Not much help!
