After rhinoplasty, my nostrils are drooping and the scars are so severe

Please ignore the ointment on the nasal area ㅠㅠ I have thick skin, so the scar is large and it always feels like there's a booger stuck in my nose and it feels stuffy, which stresses me out. What should I do?
 I didn't even know I had a scar before the nose surgery.. Isn't my nostrils gaping too much ㅠㅠ Ha.. I want to turn back time.
 My nostrils are already small, but my nostrils have become so narrow that it's hard to breathe and I always feel like I'm having trouble breathing
 . I'm going to have it removed in a few months, but if I get another knife, the scar will get worse..
