I went there on a weekend afternoon, and there was almost no waiting, and the director was very friendly and polite. I didn't feel like the director gave detailed explanations, but he was kind and good in his own way. The director was good at making recommendations and providing just the right amount of treatment without overdoing it. It was a good consultation and the manager didn't force me to pay a reservation or anything like that, which was nice.
