I'll write down the pros and cons.
Pros: The waiting time was short (about 10 minutes). It's close to the station. There were few customers. It is a reservation system.
Doctor -> Very honest. It tells you what works and what doesn't work. I do not recommend anything that is not necessary.
Cons: The counter staff keeps changing their words. Even though I'm an employee, I don't know the schedule. He said the surgery was only available in August and that he wanted to do it quickly, so he said he would check again and said it would be in July. The consultation fee is 10,000 won (but this isn't a lot of money...). If the surgery fee is, for example, 3 million won, 10% of the cost is required as a reservation deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if canceled 7 days prior to surgery, but is not refundable within 7 days. Instead of taking a CT, we just take down the mask, take pictures of the front, left and right sides of the nose, and provide consultation.
Doctor -> Basically, the tone of voice is dismissive of people. It's rude. (It's a very subjective feeling, so people who aren't sensitive may just find it chic.) I can see that it's annoying. Because I consider plastic surgery to be a medical service, I also value kindness. Consultation time is very short. They said that septal deviation cannot be corrected. They said that nasal asymmetry may become worse after surgery.
Final conclusion: I'm just going to get consultation and surgery at a friendly and more capable hospital. I believe that if you look for a place that is more professional and attentive, you can find one. If it suits your taste, give it a try.
