I went to the first hospital because I wanted to get my nose done, but the director at the first hospital was really kind, but very conservative. He looked at my nose and said it was too small to put 3mm of silicone in. It seems like it's a natural style, but it's not recommended for people who want a fancy nose or a big change. However, the director was really meticulous about my face. He looked at me and told me what would work and what wouldn't. The second surgery was my first, and I would use a septum. If it wasn't enough, I would use a donor rib. I was a little confused because they said they would open my nose during the surgery and decide. They said the silicone would go in between 3.5 and 4 mm, and it was more expensive than the first hospital. It was expensive. Recommended if you want a fancy nose.
