I did it. The waiting time is only 2-3 hours.. haha This place is famous for having a long wait for consultation even if you make a reservation.
As for the consultation itself, the counseling director said he was famous for saying that implant-free surgery was possible, but when I had the consultation with the director, he said implant-free surgery was possible, but he recommended implants.
