Nose silicone removal + nose tip revision surgery

1 Total removal + revision of ear cartilage on the tip of the nose (newly removed) 2 Removal of silicone + trimming of the tip of the nose 3 Total removal + rearrangement of cartilage + cartilage tying? I went to Prima, Seo Sang-woo, Cha Min, Kim In-joong, and Kook Won-seok, and they are divided into three surgical methods.. Which is better.. I'm worried.. I'm going to remove the silicone due to silicone inflammation, and I want to save at least the tip of my nose as much as possible, but I'm most worried that there will be another problem in the future.. ㅜㅜ If I put in the ear cartilage, wouldn't there be a problem with the autologous cartilage?

I see a lot of reviews, but there are a lot of opinions that even if you remove the silicone, you should leave the support or the cartilage at the tip of the nose. I see quite a few people who have done that and have contractures, so I'm scared. If it gets inflamed, it would be better to just remove it all and wait and try again, or just live with it.
