Consultation details: City photos taken and explained while looking at the doctor. He said he would not use it at all because his nasal septum was small and curved. They say that if you use ear cartilage on the tip of the nose, it will break down later anyway, so you have to use costal cartilage. Since this was my first surgery, I didn't know if I would need to use costal cartilage from the first surgery, but it seems like the style is to prioritize the use of costal cartilage. And it seemed like they were encouraging people to use their own ribs rather than donated ribs. He said that costal cartilage should be used to prevent repeat surgery, and he seemed confident in his abilities. I thought the review style would be okay because it looked natural, but I hadn't thought about autologous costal cartilage, so it was over budget. I said about 480 during the review event. The counseling director is not the pushy type, but rather a bit of a “if you want to do it, don’t do it” style. He didn’t even mention the reservation fee.
