He said that I already had a bridge of my nose (I felt good when he asked if I had fillers in it) so there was no need to raise it excessively if I wasn't greedy, and that if I wanted to straighten my nose by tying up the tip of my nose and making the line look natural, I should put in autologous cartilage from the center of my nose and raise it. I liked the detailed explanation after seeing the CT. It's my first surgery, but I'm burdened by the fact that the nasal septum and ear cartilage aren't enough and that I need to increase it with costal cartilage.
