ㅍㄹㅁ The existing nose surgery method uses silicone on the bridge of the nose, but I don't know the exact size, but it's about 3mm. They say it's Alloderm on the tip of the nose , and they don't know for sure if any other manipulation was used. This is the only place where they said they'd have to remove my nose as soon as they saw it... The skin on the bridge of the nose is transparent and the color is gone.
