I went to a plastic surgery clinic that I saw on U-top and I consulted with them about trying to improve mid-face depression, and they said I should have a nose transplant and nose surgery together . They said I didn't want to touch my nose, but I had to slightly cut off the beak and do the tip of my nose. They said they couldn't just do fat grafting . I see... Has anyone here had a similar surgery?
