RLB Plastic Surgery Clinic (where I went for my first surgery) Consultation fee is free and waiting time is almost non-existent. 6 years ago, the director who did my first rhinoplasty left, so I had a consultation with the current director, Director HJY. For reference, I have experience getting double eyelid surgery and eye correction from Director HJY. I am just getting along with it. For my nose, he said that if there is a part where the nose bridge is bordered by donated or autologous ribs or a part on the tip of the nose, I should use Alloderm and the bridge should be silicone. I don’t remember exactly how much it cost for autologous ribs, but from what I wrote down in a note, it was around 350 for donated ribs (the cheapest among hospitals). I remember that the consultation fee at ㅇㅇㄷㅇ was free. The waiting time was long. Originally, I went because of Director ㅁㅅㄱ, but the consultation director said that Director ㅁㅅㄱ doesn’t use silicone on the bridge of the nose but autologous dermis?? I went in like a bewitched person because they said that if I wanted a fancy nose it would be better to get it from the new director since they were using the same thing. The consultation was friendly but I wasn't attracted. The nose bridge was silicone and the tip was my own, so it was 770 , but if you cover your eyes and show only your nose as part of an event, it would be 660. There is a consultation fee. The waiting time was just okay . I got it from the director, ㅇㄱㅎ, and he was very friendly. The consultation time was a bit long, and the director seemed very confident. He showed me all the pictures he had done himself, but he beat around the bush and kept asking me unknown questions. Communication was the most difficult;; This was the only hospital among them that recommended only autologous ribs and said that donated ribs were useless if they got infected. So I was determined to get autologous ribs even if it was at a different hospital...ㅠㅠ The tip of my nose is my autologous ribs. The silicone that's currently in there was used to lower the bridge of my nose, lower my nostrils, and do all the nasolabial folds, and it cost 850 ㅈㅇㅌ . I don't remember the consultation fee... The waiting time was just right. I went to the hospital with the line I liked the most after reading the reviews with really high expectations. I don't know if the director is that kind. I felt like he was forcing me to make a reservation. After consulting with the doctor, when I was consulting again with the director, since the writer has a bulbous nose, he asked me to show him a picture of a bulbous nose surgery he had done. I did so and he said that there wasn't any nose like mine, so I just asked him to show me a similar nose, but he said he didn't have any and couldn't show me;;; I'm so depressed and have no faith in getting surgery. The doctor was just giving me a cynical consultation. So -so . The septum was overlapped with a donated rib to create a pillar. Ear cartilage was inserted into the tip of the nose. Osteotomy was optional. Silicone heightening was 550, which I think is the most reasonable price. I'm planning to have consultations with ㅇㅇㄷ and ㅇㅇ in the future, but I'm not really feeling up to it because there have been so many bad reviews about Seongyesa recently. As you know, the consultation for ㅇㅇ is still far away and it's unknown when I'll be able to get the surgery, so I'm not really looking forward to it. I'm going to try other places, but please recommend some. I'm a lucky person and I want this to be my last ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ For your information, I have a flat nose and a short nose. I didn't like the simple shape of my first attempt, so I'm going to try again. This time, I want to do something a little more fancy but natural. Please recommend a hospital that's good at lucky people. I live in the countryside and I'm trying hard to get it done, but it's hardㅜㅜ
