[코성형] Review of the first nose surgery

First rhinoplasty consultation review. I am very, very worried about Marble, Yu-No, Naturalism (Director Kim Deok-jung), and Mark. I like the naturalism and Mark consultation the most, but two of the four recommend osteotomy, two of them do not recommend osteotomy. Im worried ㅠㅠ Mark recommends osteotomy. Naturalism says that osteotomy looks thinner, but the osteotomy friend is in so much pain that he wants to die ㅠㅠ The price is even cheaper because Mark doesnt have osteotomy. How about osteotomy? please!!!
