Both the director and the manager gave me kind advice, and at the time, I went with the mindset that I had to do it. I was told that I could get a refund even if I canceled the surgery, so I paid 200,000 or 300,000 won for the deposit, but the manager said that I had to do a blood test before the surgery, so I consulted in advance. I even had a blood test done because they said it was better to do it all at once. However, after worrying and worrying for a week, I decided to cancel the surgery and called to ask for a refund of the deposit, but they said the deposit could not be refunded because the blood test had already been performed. I was dumbfounded because I had never heard that the reservation fee would not be refunded if I had a blood test, but they said I would do two rounds of Botox, and it was my first time going through this and I didn't know how to deal with it, so it just ended like that . Is this right?
