--- Above the line is a long list of details about how I had my first nose surgery and when I found out about my snub nose and contractures. Below that is a review of the product, so if you only want to read the review, look below. First of all... my review. The history..ㅎ;; 7-8 years ago, in my early 20s, I was an ignorant and stupid kid who didn't know anything about plastic surgery. I didn't even look into it in detail... It's one of the cases where I went to a large factory-type hospital, got consultation, and got surgery. My original nose was low + short + snub nose. I didn't really know what my nose shape was or how to correct it. I was a Mojiri who didn't even know what my favorite nose was;; Even now that I think about it, I wonder if such a fluorescent brain exists. At the time, I didn't even think about the side effects. Very no answer; In the end, I don't think the surgery was bad, but there was no improvement in my snub nose, and it felt like my nose had been enlarged as is (only the bridge of my nose became completely dramatic). Everyone I meet doesn't know what my nose is like;; (I wore glasses before the surgery, but after the surgery, I wore glasses. (I used to go around without glasses) If I told you that I got my nose done, why did my nose look like this? I think everyone said that?? Anyway, I lived with a snub nose for a long time, and I had an inflammatory reaction once... The inflammatory reaction was swelling, but after taking medicine for about a week, it went away. When I went to the hospital where I had the surgery, they told me that I could either remove the silicone or leave it as is, and no other measures were taken. It looks like they only gave you medicine without getting you drunk? They didn't even tell me what to do, so I thought it would go away if I just took the medicine, so I passed by with the complacent thought that my nose was becoming more and more snubbed, but I was close to 20kg heavier than when I first had the surgery;; I thought that I had gained weight and the bridge of my nose was hidden, making it look even more like that... Then suddenly, last year, I decided I needed to lose some weight, so I lost close to 20 kilos, and the bridge of my nose lifted up and started to look less like a snub nose. And around this time, I had been suffering from rhinitis for a while and was desperate to get rhinitis surgery. I thought I had to do it, and since I was having rhinitis surgery, I thought I could just touch up the tip of my nose a little, so I went to an otolaryngologist, and he said my nose was contracting, asking if my rhinitis was the problem... I was so shocked that I don't remember what I was told after that. The plastic surgeon was very scary and cold, and told me to go to another hospital because he only used functional ribs and ear cartilage. I wonder why I didn't know that I had contractures... ㅠㅠI originally thought it was because of my snub nose.. Sigh... I was so shocked that it took me almost 10 days to come to my senses and I don't even remember how I was doing during that time. I think I was almost in despair... Then I consoled my friend. I received a lot of money... so I put all my energy into it and started selling hand-made products first. I started with 10 hand-made products, looked into it more, narrowed it down to 4, and then sold foot products. Below is a review of the product! ----------- 1. ㅋㄴㅍ/ㅗㅗㅣ- (Director ㅈㅌㅇ) The consultation took an hour. I received the most comfort and consolation here. The director was very thorough and very kind. He made a good impression and spoke with a smile and sympathized with me. I felt like they were trying to do their best and listen to what I wanted as much as possible. It made me wonder what it would have been like if I had had my first surgery here... The director was very kind, and he didn't take a CT, and the consultation fee was 5,000 Won (10,000 Won for a CT). At this time, I was very reluctant to have anything inserted into the bridge of my nose, so I decided to just have the contracture correction and nose done. I was adamant that I would do just that, and I got a quote for complete removal + nasal septum deviation + nose tip lowering to the ribs, and it came out to around 770. I'm so glad I went to this hospital as my first hospital. The director was really sweet and comforted me, so I was so relieved. Really.. really... I did it here if it wasn't just construction... the director is the best... 2. ㅋㅂㅈ/ㅗㅣㅠ - (Director ㅎㅅㅁ) The consultation time was a little over an hour. I had a CT scan and the consultation fee was 10,000 won . I went to this place with high expectations after hearing about the hospital + 3 years of AS. I got a lot of comfort and solace from ㄴㅍ, and the director here was kind and explained everything in detail. He even took a picture of my profile and showed me how I would look like this after the surgery using Photoshop. He recommended auto-costal nose bridge + auto-costal nasal tip, and since I showed a lot of resistance due to warping, he said he would reinforce it with costal smoke membrane. He said it was a hospital with an anesthesiologist and that they would use general anesthesia. Once the rib was removed, he would remove a little more and store it for post-surgery. He said that when the skin becomes very flexible, he will charge only the anesthesia fee and reinforce it with sedative anesthesia for the second surgery to lower the tip of the nose. I liked the shape of the nose, and the director personally showed me several cases of contracture surgery, and it seemed like he remembered all of the patients. He was looking for it right away... This was the only place that did this. It can be corrected once more with a second surgery. It tries to accommodate the patient as much as possible. It has an anesthesiologist. It has 3 years of after-sales service and I can see the director every time I visit. I liked these five things so much that I could get the surgery done at this hospital. At the beginning, I was skeptical about raising the bridge of my nose, but the CT doctor took a closer look and said that I would be really disappointed with the bridge of my nose. It was really low to begin with. He was worried that I would feel it a lot... Then he said that he would reinforce it a little with costal smoke membrane. >The estimate was about 990 for total removal + nasal septum deviation + nasal tip autocostal + costochondrial reinforcement at the bridge of the nose. 3.ㅊㅇ (oldㅊㄴㅈ) /ㅣㅠ(Guㅓㄴㅏㅁㅜ) - (Director ㅊㄴㅈ) Consultation time was about an hour and a half. I had a CT scan and the consultation fee was 20,000 won. I think it was . Wow, the director really looked at my nose very carefully. He pressed the nasal septum a lot and touched it and scolded me because it hurt. He explained everything from the shape and structure of the nose to the surgical method in detail as if I was listening to a lecture. If it had been my first time going here, I probably would have been able to ask a lot more questions at another hospital. Unlike other teachers, he seemed very cold, but he taught me everything and waited for me for a long time, asking if I had any more questions. I felt like he was a little chilly, but he was also very kind. I heard many times that other hospitals only talked about autologous surgery and that ear cartilage was never done, but Dr. Lee. He didn't talk about autologous ribs and only talked a lot about ear cartilage. He didn't mention autologous ribs at all until the autologous ribs came out of my mouth. He seems to prefer ear cartilage a lot. He really likes the natural look and doesn't require surgery and risks. It felt like he wanted surgery that wouldn't work. When I brought up the subject of autologous ribs, the doctor said that the more materials the better and that it would be more comfortable to sleep in. He recommended autologous dermis + ear cartilage. He also said that since he is not an otolaryngologist, he would fix the function a bit and that it would not work, but it would not work in depth. I asked him to show me cases of contracture surgery, but the director said he does all the surgeries, but it's hard for him to remember every single patient. After consulting with him, I asked him to show me cases of ear cartilage, and he showed me most cases of ear cartilage. But the ear cartilage... definitely felt like it came down less. It was so strong, I want to get it down as much as possible... I was already fully prepared to use the costal cartilage, so I had a lot of concerns during the consultation. They said they only do about two surgeries a day at most, and sometimes they only do one. The director said that I would be the only one having the surgery that day. However, the director performs the nose surgery, but I think he said he would do the rib removal with another director. I really didn't think about the nose bridge, but since my silicone is high, if I don't do the nose bridge, I might regret it and have a hard time. They also said that it would make the nose look puffy, so I thought that it would be better to have it done on the bridge of the nose. I am an office worker, but here I have to wear a splint for about 7 days, the surgery seems to take a little longer than other places, and since it is an autologous treatment, I also have to tear my buttocks. .. The director was very kind and tried to accommodate everything, and the director seemed good as well, but there were a few things that caught me off guard, so it seemed a little complicated. >The estimate was about 950 due to total removal + autologous dermis, bridge of the nose, and the tip of the nose. If you are comfortable here, +α Raw video city? They say it costs 160,000 to 200,000 won more because they have to take pictures of something like this. It was really nice that they looked at the various estimates in detail, such as when the surgery was done on the ears, when the bridge of the nose was not done at all, when the nose was done, etc. 4. ㄴㅈㄹ/ㅗㅡㅐㅂ)- (ㄱ Director ㅊㅇ) The consultation time was a whopping two hours, and the consultation fee was 30,000 won. Wow... I consulted for a really long time. The director, the manager, and the director here were friendly, seemed to have pride, and seemed to be a person who pursues safe procedures when it comes to construction. It was the only open surgery among the four, and he recommended stem cells + autologous costal bridge + autologous nasal tip. First, stem cell treatment + implant removal was used to make the nose as flexible as possible, and after receiving the second and third stem cells, the first surgery was performed inside. He said that he prefers to proceed with cosmetic surgery to straighten the bridge of the nose and tip of the nose as a secondary surgery after the functional surgery to straighten the contracted tissue, inflammatory tissue, and nasal septum (I have a very severe septal deviation). It seems to be a real safety precaution, so it removes the inflammation and contracted tissue. I think they divided it into 1st and 2nd stages because the strength of the nasal septum can only be determined by opening it. However, they said that if the severity was not severe, they could end with the 1st stage. They explained it step by step well and emphasized the importance of building a strong foundation first. Around this time, I was willing to do a little bit of nose bridge, so I asked if there was any warping in the bridge of the nose. He said that there could be a phenomenon of self-rib warping, but it also depends on trimming and shaving. When I asked him about autologous dermis, he said that artificial dermis would be better than autologous dermis. He also said that it was the same. There are almost no side effects with artificial dermis or autologous dermis, but he said that artificial dermis has a lower absorption rate... I also heard that another hospital reinforces the bridge of the nose with a costal membrane. He said that there is a method like that, but it is a difference in the doctor's preference. He also said that there is no right answer to the question of which surgery is best, right.. Everyone has something that suits them, but there is no right answer.. But the director here recommended using only autologous ribs, and so.. if I were to do it here too. In the end, it looks like we will proceed with the self-posterior nose bridge. I am still worried about the nose bridge, but the director said very confidently that there has not been a single case of waping-on in his hospital with a self-posterior nose bridge. Well, that's true;; I don't believe it. Anyone can say something like that. So anyway, I'm still worried about the bridge of my nose. Here too, the splint is for 7 days, but they said it's possible for 5 days. Instead, I can't see the doctor every time I visit, and they look at it like this on the day of surgery, the 2nd week, and the 3rd month. But really, the noses here are flashy. When I look at the surgery cases, it seems like everyone's nose looks exactly the same. It seems like the doctor has his own way of creating the nose shape that I really want. It's so flashy... If it's done here, I think I'll put a lot of emphasis on making it a little less flashy. I got the long-awaited estimate of 1450 after stem cells + total removal + autologous nose bridge + autocostal nose tip + nasal septum deviation... haha... haha... haha...; This place... the fancy nose shape and the price... really... the price... ha... honestly, even if you don't want to think about the price, you can't help it... the price here is really strong... the pursuit of safety. Maybe it's the same, and maybe the price is so high because they tried so many times, but I think it's a hospital that really does reconstruction. I've been to four places like this, and I'm currently conflicted between hospital number 2 and hospital number 4. I'm still trying to decide without thinking too much about the cost... Are there any examples of people who had surgery at hospitals number 2 or 4? If you have one, I'd like you to tell me a little about your own experience. To all the other artists who are worried because it's a construction project, let's not dig too hard and fret too much. We can get better. I hope my work... can be of some help to you... Surgery If I do, I’ll write a review again! But before that, I have to choose between the two. It's really difficult. If you're like the doctors, where do you think you'll get the surgery? I don't plan on going any further. I'll wait until Monday to think about it and then schedule the surgery right away. Please share your opinions!
