It's a nose that needs a lot of work, but the director said exactly that. Even if the skin is thick, it's impossible to change it dramatically. He showed me similar cases and touched my nose. He said it would be like this and my nose would get smaller, so he showed it to me. He said it would be done by building the bridge of the nose with silicone, removing fat from the tip of the nose, and removing ear cartilage. It is not a necessary option, but he said he would do the nose reduction if he felt it was necessary during the surgery. Eyes As for the eyes, I think (+ opinions of people around me) Aside from the fact that my eyes are blind, I have a good tear on both sides. So I thought I only needed double eyelid surgery and eye correction, so I went with the intention of skipping it if they recommended anything more than that. But the director recommended exactly what I thought. Since my skin is thick, incisions + eye correction were all I needed.
