[코성형] Review of nose surgery results

I received a consultation from Director ㄷㄷㅇ Plastic Surgery Clinic ㄱㅌㅅ. I'm worried because I've seen a lot of posts saying that it's not a good idea to use silicone for the bridge of the nose and the tip of the nose, columella osteotomy for the beak of the nose, extension of the length of the nostril down, and ploma donor ribs (800,000 separately) = 300 or 380 donor ribs. Also, I am worried because I heard that surgery at another hospital that has been open for less than 3 years can cause inflammation. Is the plastic surgery black or does it have fewer side effects?
