[코성형] First nose speech

I'm working hard to get rhinoplasty, but even though I only went to 3 places, it's still hard.(ㅍㄹㅁㅇ, ㅍㅇ, ㅇㅇㅋㄴ) My nose is small and low, so they say they can't raise it much anyway, but these days, do they use a lot of ribs for the first surgery? ㅍㄹㅁㅇ really has a really long waiting time,, I took a CT picture, but I don't know why I took it, and the counseling director didn't even know what he was looking at, and he didn't explain it to me. I think it took about 2 hours, including the director's consultation and the director's consultation, but the director's consultation. 3 minutes? It's been less than 5 minutes. I feel like something is going on...? It looked really busy haha. They told me to do an  autologous rib here, but I didn't know much about it, so I went here for a quick consultation. He said that he would not recommend it to the ribs and that it would be possible to do it with the septum and ear cartilage. The consultation was so good that I wanted to go here, but I hesitated because there was too much information. Has anyone had nose surgery at ㅜㅇㅇㅋㄴ? I feel like I keep looking for it, but it's really very difficult ㅜㅜ
