He asked me to think about whether to have surgery and said it would be pretty if I did.                             They said they would use the nasal septum and ear cartilage. In the end, I liked 1 and 3. I was going to go with option 3 if it was only 1 million won more expensive, but there was a difference of 200 from option 1, so I decided on option 1.
