I have a baby nose with a low forehead and a saggy nose. After getting fillers for several years, I felt like I couldn't repeat the treatment after it was dissolved. Since it was my first time, I went around 7 places... It felt like I couldn't find the answer more and more. The last hospital I went to was the Louvre, and I thought it was true that they say that when you get a consultation for your nose, you get a feel for it . I was a little irritated because I had to wait for an hour and a half, and the patients who came to see their results were so stuffy that I had a snot. It was so bad that I gave up my mind and was just going to make an appointment for the next time and cancel the consultation, but the director coordinated well for 10-10 minutes . I had to wait 15 more minutes before I was able to see the director..! Who would think of repeat surgery if it was their first nose? So I got greedy. I heard that it could cause side effects, so my default request was to find someone who would properly correct the sagging nose tip as naturally as possible. Where can I sleep with nature? It's like a feeling. Almost all hospitals recommend using silicone + nasal septum and ear cartilage on the tip of the nose with 2-3mm of silicone. There are two other hospitals that use ribs for osteotomy. If you're curious, I'll tell you. Louvre is famous for using ribs well. But I didn't like the scars on my body and the added cost and time of surgery by using ribs. But before I even told him my intention, I showed him the nose shape I wanted and a picture of Yeon-yen, and he said it was possible with a nasal septum. My septum wasn't very roomy, but they said it wasn't too soft, so I decided to get ear cartilage done if it wasn't enough. It seemed like the director was trying to maximize the results by using only the necessary parts. The explanation was the most detailed and seemed to have a high level of understanding... More than anything, I wanted to be comfortable, so I thought it suited Louvre's nose shape style well. The director also said that this hospital is famous for its flashiness, and naturally, he was really good at it. He said that he had seen it well and that my nose would easily become prettier with just a little correction, so I was tempted. Usually, this place goes for flashy things, right?? Looking at the reviews, it seems like that, but I chose the surgery date because I believed in one of the cases that went well naturally, and luckily, I got the surgery at the end of this month^^ The filler will soon dissolve, and I'll be on the operating table a week later haha If everything goes well, I'll post a review. If you have any questions, please ask and I'll answer when I have time!
