[코성형] Has anyone gotten or seen someone get surgery among Kobijou/First Button/Mind/Private/Louvre?

I don't know why I'm using the initials of the hospitals, but I'll just upload them all. I'm considering Cobijou/First Button/Mind/Private/Louvre, but since that's how the plastic surgery department explained it, I'm worried about the ENT surgery method causing the nose tip to sag... I don't know how much it will improve cosmetically, and the priorities for the surgery are 1. No side effects, 2. No shape changes such as sagging nose tip, 3. Cosmetics, 4. Function, and 5. Cost. Since the  reviews on the internet are posted right after the surgery, there are no reviews after a year, so it's hard to make a good decision. Things like sagging nose tip happen over time, so if anyone I know or someone who had the surgery themselves tells me their review, I'll refer to it. Thank you.
