I thought that if I dieted, the fat on my face and around my nose would disappear. I lost weight on my body, but my face looks fatter because of my nose? My eyes got bigger as I lost weight, but my nose stayed the same.. I wondered why my nose didn't lose weight, and if there was an order to losing weight in my face, but it turned out that it was my bones. I lost weight overall, but my nose was fat, so I was stressed out, so I decided to get the surgery because I wanted to change my image and get my nose done! 1. Made Young Review I liked one of the photos, and the hospital there was Made Young. At first, I got a CT scan, took pictures, and waited. Even though I made a reservation, there were a lot of people, and I saw some Chinese people here and there. While I was waiting, a video of the director interviewing me came on. But if you watch the video carefully, it feels like they're using autologous ribs rather than donated ribs. When I consulted with the director, it was clear that he trusted me. When the director first explained the materials, he said that ear cartilage is absorbed after a few years, so it's better to use ribs. I had a hard time finding the right words. I asked the director everything, and he explained words like biju, nook, and septum in detail while drawing pictures without showing any sign of annoyance. He said that this hospital does not do surgery with ear cartilage, so I heard the pros and cons of autologous ribs and donated ribs. When I was considering a septum or donated ribs, the director suddenly said that he regretted going with the donated ribs. That situation was a bit funny. The director wanted a fancy nose and was satisfied at first, but he said that it would get worse as time went by. He asked me if I had a desired nose shape, so I showed him the one I had prepared and made the shape! Maybe because there were a lot of people, the waiting time was a bit long. I think a lot of time passed while I was watching people, playing on my phone, and doing homework. It was a little noisy, but I thought it was because it was the first hospital that Made Young had been to. Oh, here, I had a consultation, waited in the lobby, had a consultation in the director's office, waited in the lobby, and then went back into the consultation room! It was different from the place I first went to. During the consultation with the director, I heard from the director about the septum and donated ribs, and asked him to recommend which material would be good for the surgery. He said that the original order would be septum > ear cartilage > donated ribs, and the final destination would be autologous ribs. So the director said from the beginning that it would be better to use autologous ribs without a second surgery. However, he said that he would not force me to use either donated ribs or septum if I asked. The director spoke very quietly, and when I asked him something a little out of the blue, he laughed, and the overall atmosphere was good, so I asked him comfortably! The estimate came out as: septum + autologous ribs + inserting the part next to the nose? (I can't remember the word) + flat nose correction + silicone. During the last consultation with the director, I heard about the aftercare and care, and what the order would be if it were done. The director was so kind and sophisticated. The atmosphere was also really good, and I think I had a good consultation! However, the price was a bit expensive.. I'm still a student, and it's around 600 with a donation, and close to 700 with an autologous one.. 2. I think it's because I made a reservation for Banana, but there weren't many people in the lobby. There's only one nose director here! I went in not long after taking pictures here. The interior here was a bit brighter. It was a bit smaller than Made Young. The director asked if this was my first time getting a nose consultation, so I said I'd been to another place before, and I told her where I'd been! She asked me if I knew the basics about nose materials and things, so I said I knew, but if I didn't know or was confused, I could ask again, and she said of course~ and lightened the mood. She asked me what kind of nose shape I wanted, so I showed her a picture, but she said it didn't seem like a nose that would fit my face. She recommended a nose that would fit my face, but I didn't really want a nose, I just wanted that kind of image. The nose that she shaped looked better on me, and it didn't feel like my nose was just floating. They shaped it like that and talked about materials, but they didn't talk about using ribs here, and they shaped it with the septum and said that if it wasn't enough in the operating room, they could use donated ribs. And after waiting for a while, the director came in. The director looked at it and said that the nose material wasn't that bad, so it seemed like it could go in with the septum. But just like the director, he said that if it wasn't enough, we could use donated ribs. Here, the director was really gentle and shaped my nose well. What was funny was that while shaping it, he said to tell me if it hurt and lifted my nose, and at that time, it stung a little like getting an injection~ I laughed and took out the cotton swab for a moment and put it back in. It came out like this: flat nose correction + nasal septum + silicone + nasolabial angle lowering + nose tip correction + nostril reduction + (I don't know much about ribs). The director said that he doesn't recommend things too much, and I could feel that the director trusted the director here too. I listened to the gentle talk about care and after-sales service, etc. and left. When I told my friend about my visit later, we both had different surgeons lol. Banana said that if I made a reservation and canceled a week before the surgery, they would refund the deposit in full, so I made a reservation. So the cost came to around 360 including the deposit, and they said it would cost more if I got rhinoplasty. Both places are good, so I'm still thinking about it, but they told me to be careful about the nose job, so I'm thinking of going to a few more hospitals!
