Since my lower eyelids were so saggy, fat repositioning was not possible and fat grafting was commonly recommended. Dㅇㅇ said that it was possible to see results with just injections without incisions, but the other two places said that it was difficult to get the shape right with fat grafting alone and that a repositioning process after incisions was necessary.
