As I got older, my lower back sagged too much, so I received 200 shots of Ulthera from a dermatologist. I didn't have much cheek fat, so I only received treatment on the chin line to avoid cheek fat, but the effect is definitely higher than Shurink. The skin texture seems to have improved in the sagging area, but the marionette of wrinkles around the mouth has improved.
