I took Ulthera because I noticed its effects, but the pain lasted for a few days and I didn't see any effect. I waited because it was better when I was in pain, but it was the same even after two months, when the effect was maximum. In-mode seemed to be more effective, but I also doubt that I got it from a doctor I'm not good at.

There may be people who don't like Ulthera, but there are also people who suit it well, so it seems like a laser that is still loved even though it was developed a long time ago. If Ulthera is not suitable for you, ultrasonic lasers (Ulthera, Shurink, Liftera, etc.) may not be suitable for your skin tone (of course, the doctor's skills may be lacking). Then, I recommend going for high-frequency lifting (Thermage, Oligio, etc.). Try out several lasers to find the right one! Since you can only know whether or not a laser is a good fit when you get it yourself, I think you should take the trouble of finding something that suits you well for the next 30 years or more.
