[Filer] Remove filler

The nasolabial filler was pushed up and the lump was caught, so I went to have it dissolved. It cost more than I expected, but I wanted to dissolve it all at once with ultrasound, so I had the procedure. Please melt it thoroughly as it is expensive. The unfortunate thing is that it all melted at once, but it completely melted because too much capacity was used. If you want to melt it all at once, I don't think you will regret it.
