I have been receiving laser treatment at Jamsil Saenae Station Lamiche Dermatology Clinic since October of last year. The cost was 1.5 million won for 9 laser treatments, and instead of receiving a set laser treatment, you receive the laser you need at the discretion of the director. This hospital appears to be focusing on pore treatment (folliculitis + pore reduction). I consulted with the counseling director and then with the hospital director. They both talked a lot about pores, and since I also visited the hospital because of pore-related concerns, I decided to get treatment after the consultation. After washing your face, a photo of your face is taken with UV light, and this shows the distribution of bacteria (or bacterial secretions) that react fluorescently to UV light. It's all over the face, but I can see it mainly inhabiting saggy pores. For treatment, he recommended sebum management and appropriate laser treatment and created a program. He recommended 15 treatments to see the effect of both treatment and pore reduction, but I decided to take only 9 treatments first so that I could observe the progress first and then make a decision. After 15 treatments, there is a lot of improvement, but if you still feel like your pores are sagging again, it's better to come back and take care of it. It 's usually 3 to 4 months later when you feel your pores sagging again. Excel V in October last year, Affirm+DRT at the end of March this year, Playback Management+Elite MPX in early April this year. Originally, I had planned to receive the treatment every 2 to 3 weeks since October of last year in order to receive the treatment during the winter, but suddenly I had to go to the U.S., so I was unable to receive the treatment for 5 months and recently resumed the treatment again. I received 5 laser treatments out of a total of 9, so I plan to have 4 more treatments in the future. Unlike the hospital where I previously received Fraxel Dual treatment, this hospital even prescribes oral medication without asking. They prescribed an acne antibiotic (Minocin), an anti-inflammatory, and an acne treatment (Roaccutane) to be taken after the procedure, as well as an acne antibiotic (Creocinthi) and two types of folliculitis treatments (Rosex Gel and Surantra Cream) as topical medications. Even though I told him I didn't have acne... he prescribed acne medication and acne antibiotics again. I didn't have much use for creosinthi, but I took Roaccutane as instructed. After 5 treatments, my current condition has improved significantly. The pore reduction that I initially hoped for didn't have much of an effect and there was only a slight improvement, but it was quite effective in removing the redness on my face, which I wasn't expecting. The director said that if you have folliculitis or the pores where a lot of bacteria live, your pores will turn red. If you treat these conditions, you can have bright, even-toned skin without redness here and there, and I am seeing that effect to some extent. I think the primary goal, pore reduction, is similar to the Fraxel Dual I received in the past. If you compare the before and after photos, it appears to have decreased, but the change is so slight that you don't even notice it when you see it every day. This hospital performs sebum extrusion before laser treatment, and this is so painful that it hurts more than DRT or Affirm. The pain is so bad that it brings tears to my eyes, but since they do this every time I come, I thought about just not coming. But every time I come, I can feel the redness getting better, so I just endure the pain and keep going. However, I am not sure whether the effect of removing redness through pore treatment is due to the laser or the oral medicine (Minocin, Roaccutane) and folliculitis treatment ointment (Rosex Gel, Surantra Cream). I looked up the paper and found that in many cases, folliculitis is greatly improved by just applying Surantra cream. To briefly describe the lasers I received, Excel V and Elite MPX all cause mild pain. I do it without anesthetic cream, but I think most people will be able to tolerate the slight stinging. There is little redness after the procedure, but it is not non-existent. A slight redness lasts for 1-2 days. Affirm feels like tanning your skin with a hot sensation, and although the surgeon warned me of the pain, I quite deserved it. (Anesthetic cream O) DRT is similar to Fraxel, but it still hurt less than Fraxel Dual, so it was bearable. (Still, it hurts the most) After the Affirm + DRT treatment, the redness went away for about 10 days, but the redness was severe for 1-2 days, so I recommend refraining from going out. After that, it is enough to apply sunscreen and go out. Since dead skin cells continue to fall off, it is best to only apply sunscreen. You can receive consultation directly from the director, and the laser treatment is performed by another surgeon. Other than that, if I were to comment on the hospital, the hospital occupies almost an entire building, and the interior is well-decorated, so one patient can fit into one room. This gives you peace of mind, and free bread and drinks are provided in the reception lobby, so you can eat and drink something while you wait. It's also nice that all parking fees are paid. Two years ago, Fraxel Duel Hospital also offered 100 won.. Since they provide many night treatments, it is good to get the treatment after work on weekdays. There is also a downside, perhaps because there are a lot of customers, so even if you make a reservation, you often have to wait for 30 minutes. I made a reservation and had to wait for an hour.
