It is definitely comfortable because there is no time for anesthesia, and the pain is less , but the effects are not as dramatic. It feels more like the skin is sticking to the facial bones rather than lifting? It seems to be more of a contouring technique. Instead of anesthesia, they use gas to relieve the heat, but the gas may freeze and not work properly on very cold days...ㅎㅎ
