[Trouble Improvement] I had severe side effects from the inflammation injection.

I got an inflammatory injection and lost weight. I'm really into it. Two places on my forehead... There was a long vertical dent between my eyebrows (between the eyebrows), a dent above one of my eyebrows, and a dent on the side of my philtrum . If I had known it would be this bad, I would have had it extruded or let it fester and explode. It was a procedure that was not done well... I am upset, honestly.. I received it at a factory . When I asked if they could at least inject saline solution, they said that they would not do it separately as it is an area that will improve over time. It also feels bitter... If it takes longer for the injections and weight gain to take place than for the acne to subside... I don't know if there's any point in getting this...
