I was thinking about nose surgery about 5 years ago, but I ended up doing it because it was semi-permanent HIKO. When I first applied it, I was satisfied with it being sharper than I expected, but now it's so natural ㅠ I feel like I have a Bokko, so I feel less tall ㅠ I think it would be better to have rhinoplasty However, I am very concerned that the HIKO I put in now will go wrong if I bump my nose somewhere.
