Reviews of procedures I have received over the past 10 years while visiting various hospitals here and there: nose threading, nose filler, shrink, inmodefx/forma, several contour injections, muscle/wrinkle botox, forehead filler, air jet, skin whitening , LDM, and Excel V procedures are effective for anything if you do them consistently, but personally, I do not recommend thread lifting because I felt that it is not good in the long run. I especially recommend not doing it on areas such as the nose. After having the Bijou and the bridge of the nose twice, I had a problem like a deviated septum inside my nose. Structure changes Nasal congestion (the threads do not disappear over time) I feel that the laser is okay in the long run, but the effect is minimal and it is essential to manage dryness after treatment. If you do not take care of it on a regular basis, it is no better than not receiving the treatment. Air jet lifting is good. It was the most effective and Forma was the best skin treatment. I got forehead filler once, and even after 5 years, it hasn't gone away. But when I got it, the filler moved around all over the place, so I suffered from side effects. In conclusion, the shape of my face has changed a lot. These days, I don't do any lifting and only use Poma, LDM, and Botox for wrinkles . If I don't need to look good in a hurry, exercise is better. These days, I signed up to look into collagen treatment because of nasolabial folds due to sagging and sagging.
