A review after getting Inmode because of my double chin concerns!! Personally, if you objectively have less elasticity or flesh, it's okay to get it done, but if you have too much flesh and your goal is to get rid of it, there's no other way than liposuction. I've gotten contouring injections and everything from Ulthera to Inmode, but the main effect is line management and it's literally a lifting. Inmode in particular has minimal effects, so I recommend spending more money and getting something like Ulthera only on your chin!!
