It's still the first day, so I don't know the progress or satisfaction, but I'm leaving a review because I think there may be people who are curious about the procedure and hospital reviews.
I decided to get Sculptra because I was worried about losing facial volume as I got older (mid-30s), and I decided to look for one from dermatologist Dr. Key.
First of all, be courteous to the doctor, have a good understanding of the procedure, and appear confident! There are many posts on personal blogs where you write your opinions about the procedure. All other staff are also friendly.
First, an anesthetic injection is administered to both cheeks, and compared to what they said was the most painful, I didn't feel much pain. As for
the procedure, haha, based on the feeling I got from the doctor before receiving it and seeing reviews of the procedure, I thought it would proceed very calmly and slowly, but it was a little different haha It definitely penetrated the skin and got the desired effect. Maybe it's because you have to place it in the right position, but it feels like you're grabbing the cheeks more tightly than expected and forcefully moving to the right position and releasing it. It seemed like he had no hesitation as he had had the procedure done so many times... haha. I
got it done on the front cheek, nasolabial fold, and side cheek under the eyes. Fortunately, there was no significant pain. It was only a little tingling when it was inserted into the nasolabial area and the side cheek area, but people with sensitive skin said it was quite painful. Maybe you can feel it?
It was also nice to have a nurse by my side to assist me throughout the procedure.
When you're done, put tape on the two injection spots on both cheeks and let the teacher teach you how to massage!
I also received LDM treatment, and it definitely feels soothing and hydrating, so I recommend it.
The next day, the hospital called me and asked if I had any discomfort after the procedure and reminded me to massage well haha. I
think I'll have to wait a month or two after completing a total of 3 treatments to know how satisfied I am, so I'll write about it again then!
