I thought the philtrum was flat and almost bare-shaped, so there was no three-dimensional effect and the philtrum was long, so I looked at the philtrum reduction with interest and collected a lot of information. However, I am very intelligent and the nose reduction would leave a lot of scars, and since my original shape is ㅅlips, I had to do the same on the outside, but I couldn't do it on the corners of my mouth because I didn't want to leave any scars from the surgery.
Then, I heard about philtrum plastic surgery from my younger brother, and since it is an incision made inside the mouth, there are no external incisions, and I thought it would definitely be effective, I made an appointment for a consultation and had the surgery on the same day.
I am very satisfied with the results... my mouth has changed dramatically and three-dimensionally. As I dig into the flesh and create a groove, my lips lift slightly and I can see my upper teeth, which had not been visible for a while. When I speak with an expressionless expression, I can't see my upper teeth but only my lower teeth. I've often heard people ask me if I'm in a bad mood, and I've also heard a lot of people say I look blunt. S-lips may have played a role too...
Anyway, I'm very satisfied. The lips are a little asymmetrical and the center of the nose and lips do not match, but if you match it to the nose, it will look more pierced, so I cut a groove to match the base of your philtrum, and in the photo right after, the tip of the nose and the center do not match, so it looks pierced, but I like it enough that I don't care about that at all.
Immediately after, it looked a lot shorter, as if the philtrum had actually been reduced, but after about a month it came back a lot, but considering that my upper teeth are still visible, I don't think it's 100% back.
I think this was more effective because there were no real goals originally, but if you have a similar case as me, I highly recommend it!
The philtrum is not actually reduced, but the line is ribbed and lifted slightly, making it look shorter. But it also seems to have shortened, because I normally can't see my upper teeth when I'm expressionless.
