[Lifiting] Under-eye bag lifting???

They said it was some kind of under-eye lifting, but they didn't tell me the exact name, so I don't know. When will the needle marks disappear? Actually, I don't know if it will have much of an effect, and I don't think it will have any effect, so I won't do it next time. For those of you who said that the needle marks are bigger than expected and will cause scarring, when will the effect start to appear??? I feel so little that I have resigned myself to it, but I am waiting.
