이갈이가 심해 점점 잠을 자도 두통이 심하고 해서 스플린트를 맞출지 이갈이보톡스를 맞출지 상담하려고 방문함. 대표 원장이 시술은 하지만 상담은 밑에 다른 의사가 했고, 대표 원장이 엄청 바쁘지만 꼼꼼하게 열의 있는게 느껴짐 3회, 5회 선택이 가능한데 난 이갈이가 오래되었고 점점 심하게 이를 갈려고 하는 몸의 성향 때문에 목 뻐근함까지 심해서 5회 하기로 함. 현재 4개월 간격 3회까지 맞았고 치과 보톡스라 미용 턱보톡스랑 차원이 다르게 뻐근함. 처음 맞으면 한 2주는 고기 씹기도 어려울 정도로 턱 근육이랑 측두근이 일을 잘 못 하는데 그러면서 이갈이를 안 하고 있음
