1. 주말에 갔는데 사람 하나도 없고 대기는 엄청 길었습니다 
2. 원장님 상담 없습니다 상담 실장님에게 시술 진행 과정 여쭤보면 원장님이 보고 알아서 해 주신다 하시는데 결국 디자인 관련 아무 계획도 모른 채로 시술 결정하고 결제를 해야 원장님을 만나게 됩니다 팔자주름 채우러 간 거였는데 마스크 벗었을 때 상담해 주시는 분이 제 얼굴 보고 화들짝 놀라셔서 좀 상처였습니다
3. 상담 실장님이랑 원장님 둘 다 기타 시술 권장 많이 하십니다 근데 두 분 취향인지 관점인지가 다르신 듯 권장하는 시술이 다릅니다 어떤 시술인지 어떤 원리에서 좋다고 생각되어 추천하시는지 설명이 없으신데 모호함에 사양하면 기분 상하신 듯한 분위기가 좀 불편합니다
4. 첫 방문이고 타 병원 불만족으로 왔다 하니 원장님 엄청 친절하고 세세하고 꼼꼼하게 진행해 주시긴 하셨습니다 여기저기 조금씩 채워 주시면서 계속 확인하시고 저한테도 설명해 주시면서 확인할 수 있게 해 주셨어요 처음 방문했던 날은 상당히 만족스러웠습니다 
5. 그래서 믿고 권장하시는  울쎄라 받으러 재방문했는데 처음이랑 다르시더군요 울쎄라는 앱 결제가 없어서 현장 결제했고 후기 올릴 곳이 없지만 어차피 같은 병원이니 같이 올립니다 사람 없는 건 똑같은데 대기는 짧았습니다 상담 실장님이 샷 추가를 권하시는데 디자인을 여쭤보니 예전과 똑같이 원장님이 직접 보고 알아서 해 주신다 하시더군요 원장님 만나니까 역시 샷수 추가를 권하셨는데 디자인 계획은 설명 안 해 주셨습니다 시술 끝났을 때 앉아서 얼굴 완성 확인도 안 하셨고요 애당초 처음부터 울쎄라 기계 화면도 보지 않으셨습니다 중간중간 남은 샷수 확인하려고만 보시는 것 같았는데 피부층 초음파 사진 확인을 안 하면서 진행한다면 굳이 울쎄라의 메리트가 있나 싶어요 기계 기본 성능이 더 좋다고 하지만 얼마나 센 출력으로 진행되는지 알려 주신 것도 아니고 여쭤보면 기분 나빠 하실 것 같더라고요 엘란쎄를 팔자에 넣고 볼 꺼짐이 있는 얼굴인데 샷을 팔자랑 볼 꺼진 자리까지 쏘신 것도 좀 납득이 안 가고요 샷이 많이 남아도나 싶었습니다 그럴 거면 처음부터 샷을 적게 맞아도 되지 않았나 싶었고요 시술 종료 후 정품 인증 스티커는 받았습니다 
6. 엘란쎄나 울쎄라나 효과 확인하려면 시간이 필요한 시술인데 리터치 방문은 고민됩니다 두 번째 방문했을 때 원장님 설명이나 꼼꼼함이 처음과 너무 달랐어요
