겨드랑이 제모관련해서 예약을 한 뒤 상담을 하러 갔는데, 상담하는 과정에서도 그리 친절하다고는 못느꼈습니다.
그래도 상담하고 예약한 김에 시술에 대한 결제까지 했었는데 1시간을 기다리니 시술 받고 싶은 마음이 사라졌었습니다.
대기시간이 길어지는 부분에 대해 인포 직원분들께서는 죄송하다고 말씀은 해주셨지만 계속 대기시간은 길어지고 제가 질문을 할 때에만 답변을 주셔서 해당부분이 좀 불편했던 점이 있었습니다.
